At Guru Packaging, we prioritize delivering high-quality custom Packaging products with care, precision, and timely service. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines our commitment to handling your orders, how we ship them, and what to do in the rare case a return is needed.
Guru Packaging’s digital ordering platform, infrastructure, and customer service integrations are professionally developed and managed by OctaFlash Solution, our official IT and marketing partner.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on our website are processed at our Los Angeles facility.
- Orders begin processing once payment and artwork approval are completed.
- Processing timelines vary by product type and complexity.
- Orders received after 3:00 PM PST may be pushed to the next business day.
- Our system—built and managed by OctaFlash Solution—monitors each step to avoid delays or miscommunications.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and on time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Pickup Option: May be available upon request for local clients
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and tracking numbers are provided with each shipment.
3. SHIPPING COVERAGE AND RESTRICTIONS
Guru Packaging ships to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available by default but may be accommodated on special request. Please contact our support team before placing an international order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or any restricted locations due to carrier limitations.
4. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact our team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide photos (if damaged), order ID, and full details.
- We work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
- If validated, we will recreate and reship the order at no cost.
5. RETURN & RECREATE POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our Packaging services, all orders are non-returnable unless there is a proven defect, damage, or issue caused by Guru Packaging.
ReCreate or refunds may be provided if:
- Your order contains incorrect Shape, color issues, or alignment problems caused by us.
- The product is materially different from the proof approved.
- The shipment was damaged in transit.
