Apparel packaging is built around how a garment ships and how it is presented. A folded garment goes in a mailer; a hung garment goes on a hanger in a garment bag; a premium piece goes in a box.

The usual mix is poly mailers or padded mailers for e-commerce, garment bags and hangers for retail and wholesale, and a rigid box at the top of the range.

• Creasing — a folded garment has to arrive without hard creases, which pushes toward a padded mailer or a box.
• Returns — the packaging has to survive being opened and sent back.
• Wholesale — garments often ship to a store on a hanger, so hangers and garment bags are bought in the same order.
• Brand on the outside — a printed mailer is the cheapest way to put the brand in the customer's hand.

Send the garment type, the quantity, and how it ships — folded in a mailer, or hung in a garment bag. The two need different packaging and often different minimums.

For a hung garment, tell us the hanger type and whether the store needs a size marker. For e-commerce, say whether creasing matters, because that decides between a poly mailer and a padded one. Quote in 24–48 hours at the 500-unit minimum.
